We ship Monday through Friday, but please allow up to 24 hours for processing. This may be slightly delayed during sale/promotional periods. 

UK SHIPPING

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take your delivery, our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card would be left to advise you of the action taken, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to your local depot.

Delivery is FREE on all orders of our Eyelash Serum and all other orders over £30. Orders over £50 will be upgraded to FREE Next Day Delivery.

A customs form will be filled with the order so all customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you would love everything you buy from us but if you are unsatisfied with the item for any reason, please contact us at info@vickylashes.co.uk.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box at info@vickylashes.co.uk. If the product is deemed defective by us, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Each lash is handmade and therefore each one can be slightly different. If this is the case, this would be barely noticeable however it is something that must be noted.
